Registered office (székhely)

The registered office must be located in Hungary.

Additional addresses (business site / branch office) (optional)

Optional. Add any further places of business operation. The classification is automatic: an address in the same municipality as the registered office is a business site (telephely), an address in a different municipality is a branch office (fióktelep).

Members (owners)

List all founding members with the amount of their capital contribution. The contributions together must equal the registered capital of the company.

Managing directors (ügyvezető)

At least one managing director is required. A managing director may also be one of the members. If the managing director has no Hungarian address, a Hungarian delivery agent is required.

Registered capital
Minimum HUF 3,000,000 for an LLC and HUF 5,000,000 for a PLC.
