The intended name of the company (we check its availability).
Registered office (székhely)

The registered office must be located in Hungary.

Additional addresses (business site / branch office) (optional)

Optional. Add any further places of business operation. The classification is automatic: an address in the same municipality as the registered office is a business site (telephely), an address in a different municipality is a branch office (fióktelep).

Activities
TEÁOR'08 code or description in your own words (e.g. "6201 – Computer programming" or simply "software development").
Members (owners)

List all founding members with their ownership share. The shares must add up to 100%.

Managing directors (ügyvezető)

At least one managing director is required. A managing director may also be one of the members. If the managing director has no Hungarian address, a Hungarian delivery agent is required.

Registered capital
Minimum HUF 3,000,000 for a Kft. and HUF 5,000,000 for a Zrt.
